Miss you every minute of everyday . My heart is broken 💔 constantly ..I try to take steps forward and try to may to proud but without you around I struggle until we hug again stay peaceful my princess xxx

I can't believe it's been 2 years already. I have probably changed about 20 people's minds about organ donation in that time. I hope I did you proud.
